Dear Diary,
I got my stitches removed, they say it’s all healing nicely and if it keeps up I will be able to drop crutches in 4 weeks after the next checkup! If true, that is about twice as fast as expected, so I am veeeeeerry cautiously optimistic.
I am now allowed to do active flexing (laying on my stomach and using my own muscles to flex my leg) in addition to passive flexing with the Kinetec, so I am adding a new habit into the mix.
I also had my first hyperbaric chamber treatment today. It is a weird experience and only at 3m of depth in the first session, and I struggle to find unbiased studies that prove without a doubt that the process is beneficial. However, given that there are no side-effects or downsides to doing it that I found, I feel fine giving 10 treatments a go - two to three times per week until my next checkup.
Physical therapy starts tomorrow. Kinetec now consistently at 51 degrees, working towards 60 by end of week 3.

Habits
I fell asleep before I could do more PT sets, the day drained me pretty bad.
Experimental
my surgeon has STRONGLY advised me against any injections - peptides, stem cells, any of it. I am not sure what to do but he really does not want anyone poking needles into his work it seems because it is healing really well on its own.
